Defeating Homosexuality - Angels Rejoice! You, Too, Can Conquer!
This is a morning message featuring one of our readers who has overcome homosexuality, with an update on his testimony. It will also discuss "grit" and entitlement. What are we owed in this life? This post is dedicated to Vince and Adam for their great spiritual growth and exemplification of love and spiritual grit. May God bless all contributors to this ministry in Jesus's holy name.
A Testimony of Overcoming Homosexuality - Anon - 5/14/2024
In this testimony, I will expand on my testimony from 1/11/2024 on overcoming homosexuality. The main things I think everyone can take away from my testimony are that 1) there are no excuses for sin, whether before the Lord Jesus Christ or to ourselves, since all sin can be repented of, and 2) God will make a way for those to repent who truly seek Him and love Him, even fully such as in my case, no matter what the sin is.

- No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
My testimony is not about myself but the wondrous works of the Lord Jesus Christ. I believe Jesus led me to opening the Bible on two separate occasions to pages I was not actively reading, but the chapters were relevant, Job 42 and Isaiah 42 specifically. I personally felt and empathized with Job’s humility to say there are things of the Lord that are too wonderful for me to understand, and I am reminded of the delight that Jesus has in those seek out the righteousness of God. I was looking at the Hebrew concordance of 42 and it says “my father is delight”. Ultimately, one is our father in heaven, and I consider the Lord Jesus Christ my father; in Him I have delighted and praised Him many times of the forgiveness, repentance, and freedom from my sins. I have been told many times in prayer that the Lord Jesus Christ is well-pleased with me and proud of me, and Witness 2 can also write what Jesus says to her concerning this, as my 3rd witness.
In late April 2024, with encouragement from Jesus as well as Witness 2, I was told the veil of homosexuality would be lifted from me through fasting. I was told by Jesus to do a 3 day fast. To this day it is the longest and most arduous fast that I have done personally, and while it wasn’t impossible, it required a great deal of discipline and perseverance. All things are possible with God though, and with the help of God I was able to endure it. On a phone call with Witness 2, she personally had a vision of the root of homosexuality in my mind and asked Jesus Christ to uproot it and seal any of the cracks with the Holy Spirit. Witness 2 can also confirm this. I don’t think I need to get into details, but it felt very real even on my end as I felt brief pain in my head like something had just been taken out of it. Through fasting, prayer, obedience to Jesus, repentance, and perseverance, the root of homosexuality had been removed from me. [Witness 2: The following is a digital depiction of the vision I had]:
Since that day, my tongue has not ceased to praise the Lord Jesus Christ for His wonderful works and releasing me from homosexuality. I don’t say this for my own glory by you reading this, as the work is God’s and all the glory I dedicate to Jesus Christ. Satan has tried many times to tempt me with memories of my ex or other disgusting things to me now, which I rebuke and I pray the Lord Jesus Christ may destroy with fire. But ultimately, I am free of it: I no longer have homosexual desire, and the devil can only try to latch on to previous memories in order to tempt me. But temptation is not the same as sin, and these temptations don’t effect me as strongly as they used to. I am joyful that Lord Jesus Christ has removed the root of homosexuality from my mind that I am truly free now, not overly worried about sinning with my own eyes.
The world and the people of the world often never spoke of God’s power to release me of these things nor even Jesus Christ at all. If friendship with the world is enmity with God, how much more must the world despise the grace, love, and power of Jesus Christ to heal us of what we suffer, even our deeply rooted sins? Many told me I would not be able to overcome it, that I would always be this way, or that I had to address many peripheral issues that didn’t solve the problem. But through the healing, love, and grace of Jesus Christ alone have I found release of the deeply rooted sin of homosexuality in my own mind, and I know no one else at this moment who, on this blog or otherwise, who has suffered to go through what I have or similar and succeeded. Of course, I am very thankful to Jesus Christ, the two witnesses, and anyone else who has encouraged me to try to be free of my homosexuality.
Commentary from Witness 2 - Grit
The overarching theme in Anon's writing is this: perseverance. However, I want to give readers a word they may not be familiar with at this time: grit. Grit is kind of the modern version of perseverance. It is a word that fits perfectly with the end times, and I will come back to it in a moment. Have it in mind! GRIT.
Most of us are aware that physical hard work exists in the real world, but do you realize that there is spiritual hard work to be done, too? Readers are mostly adults; however, spiritually, you are at all different ages. Many of you are still in a child/teen stage spiritually, and that is not a bad thing! All levels are necessary and important, and in order to advance, you need to develop spiritual grit. Here is the definition of grit, though there are many out there. It is a term sometimes used in education by teachers:
- Essentially, grit, or GRIT, can be short for four words: growth, resilience, integrity, and tenacity. If your child is already showing extreme resolve, bravery, and determination in order to reach personal goals and overcome adversity, they already have a strong sense of grit. This comes from being calm, strong, and confident in the face of major challenges in life.
Do not worry about the word child here because many readers are spiritual children. Whatever age you are spiritually, the word grit is important because it isn't just about "perseverance" but it is about developing the love and passion for what you are doing, even if it is difficult, dirty, or hard. Let me explain.
When one thinks of grit, usually the picture of a dirty kitchen surface counter emerges, or something similar. Sometimes I picture a rocky or gritty surface like this:
There is much grit in our lives, correct? And we need much of our own grit to conquer it. We can only conquer grit with some grit, I guess.
Anon's testimony of homosexuality is all about spiritual grit. You see, not only did he put hard work in, but he also developed a love and passion for what he was doing simultaneously.
One thing I can say about anon is this: not only did he work hard, but he rarely complained.
At times, I would send him brutal emails with harsh truths, and he would reply by thanking me.
Another quality he has is his faith. It's really easy to talk to him because he isn't always denying what I say. He just took my advice on everything, and it worked! Of course, I always used Scripture to back up what I said, but his childlike faith is commendable.
So many email "ready to be right" and not ready to learn, which leads to my next point.
Just as there is spiritual grit and hard work, there is also those who are spiritually lazy and entitled. The word entitlement is thrown around a lot these days, but we actually have used it in our real life ministry often.
Why? Well, in our real life ministry, we are dealing with completely different problems, and they are all about one thing: money. When you don't have it, it's all that seems to matter for most people.
You do not know how many speeches we have had to give to our ministry about entitlement, and usually the concept is that we do not owe anyone anything, and people do still have to work despite us helping with donations and such. In a future post, I will expand upon this. The good news - the people of our real life ministry are doing better, and they are listening. They are growing, and God is blessing and rewarding us all. Thank you, Lord Jesus. Why though?
Well, Jesus blesses those who are working hard. God does not like laziness, and going back to entitlement - this idea that someone owes you anything...even Him...that is a form of pride.
Yes, entitlement is a form of pride. It is a belief that one is owed something because of some status or belief about oneself...some "right." It's summed up with this attitude:
- "I'm so great - why doesn't God just give me money and do everything for me all of the time?"
Going back to Anon's testimony - you do not see entitlement. You see grit and hard work, and unfortunately, we have to work sometimes to get the things we want from God. He mentions Job, and Job certainly was not entitled.
Sure, there are miracles. There are things handed to us, and there are gifts, and we should rejoice when those things happen, but they shouldn't be expected all of the time.
Anon's overcoming of homosexuality did not happen over night. It took deep prayer, fasting, repenting, and this was all tinged with spiritual grit - the perseverance and passion for Jesus Christ to continue.
This goes for me, Witness 1, and many others, too. God has made us work HARD for many of the spiritual blessings we have received. Why? Well, God likes hard work without grumbling and complaining. He is our Father, and He cares about us. God Himself is a hard worker, so why shouldn't we be? Jesus never complained [view more about this here - it could make for a whole other post]. Should we? So, let's look at some Scripture regarding not only working hard, but also, not complaining and not giving up. These verses are all about spiritual grit:
Philippians 2:14-15
“Do everything without grumbling and arguing so that you may be blameless and pure, innocent children of God surrounded by people who are crooked and corrupt. Among these people you shine like stars in the world.”
Galatians 6:9
“Let’s not get tired of doing good, because in time we’ll have a harvest if we don’t give up.”
Proverbs 21:25
“The desires of the lazy will kill them, because their hands refuse to do anything.”

So, not everything will be handed down to us just because we love God. If we love God, we are going to have to do some work, as faith without works is dead. This may be work for ourselves or others, but it is work.
Though I enjoy writing these blogs posts, it is work. I have now added about 2 (or more) extra hours to my schedule every morning, on top of the fact that I am about to go to work. I am not complaining and I am not bragging. I am telling you the truth. I actually have to prep these posts at night, and then I have to now wake up one to two hours earlier. Why?
I know these posts are helping people and Jesus has told me so. I love Jesus, so I will work for Him, and He is giving me the spiritual grit to add this to my schedule. Witness 1 laughs endearingly and says, "How are you maintaining this schedule?" The only answer is God!
Is it courage? Is it drive? Is it focus? Is it "tireless purpose?" I like that one!
Now, these are not qualities you should have for the world (though they do work in the world). These are qualities you should be developing for God.
Anon's testimony of overcoming homosexuality exemplifies spiritual grit, and I appreciate his tireless purpose and commitment to achieving his goals. Hallelujah!
Not only do I appreciate it, but the word from the Holy Spirit is that Jesus and the angels are rejoicing. We hear a lot about demons, but angels are real, too! When we live a life for Jesus, they surround us. This leads to my study of Luke 2 and this verse:
13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying,
14 “Glory to God in the highest,
and on earth peace among those with whom he is pleased!”[d]
The Heavenly Host praise God, too! Who are the Heavenly Host...that is for another post, another time.
So, let us wrap this section up.
God does not call us to be entitled. He did not have to create us. Without Him, we wouldn't even exist. However, He is loving and He does care for us, and He shows us that, but he doesn't just give free handouts all the time like some churches promote. The modern dead church promotes endless miracles and no work.
Not this ministry.
Miracles are real - yes; however, sometimes there is just good old-fashioned hard work involved in the background.
Ultimately, anon has been rewarded a miracle in his life, and it was given to him because of his spiritual grit. Though Satan tries to tempt him with memories, he can overcome this, and as time goes on, the power of those memories will fade.
Just a sidenote, for those with sexual sin...every time you go back to that sin, especially porn, you let the memories re-emerge. You have to do a clean sweep of your brain so that many of the memories are slowly forgotten. The power fades the longer you go without.
With anon, the longer he goes without giving into the memories, well, eventually, most of them will fade - or in general, their power will fade. This is something to think about, and we will talk about it in another post.
So, I must wrap up my morning message. Thank you, anon, for your bravery in sharing. I truly love you as a friend, and you are very important to me. I believe Jesus Christ Himself has brought us together, and I am proud of you. I truly love how you support this blog and our ministry, and I consider you one of my best friends. I don't say that lightly to anyone.

I had a strange dream on Thursday nights Friday morning basically I was on a bus in China and I was in a group I don’t know who I was with but the bus was going under a tunnel beneath a hospital. I knew it was in China but it looked like Shinjuku, Japan and we all knew that they were going to test us and that we had a 50/50 chance of being positive, so most of the people on the bus knew that and everyone was scared. When we pulled over I managed to escape and avoid certain cameras. I then hide in a park and in order to get me out they just decided to smash the building down and then my alarm went off. I don’t remember much else.
I then came across this verse:
- For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceive to it not. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed; Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction

[I think the next pandemic, it will be scary. They will be testing everyone, and people will be running and hiding! It won't be like the first round of Covid.]

The article is in finnish so I'll highlight and translate main parts.
- " The head of the investigation, crime commissioner Klaus Geiger from the Länsi-Uusimaa police department says that the suspects are very young. - They are 12 up on it. Mostly elementary school age, says Geiger. "
- " As the suspects are under the age of 15, they are not criminally responsible. Geiger reminds that they are, however, liable for compensation for the damages caused, if the interested parties consider it so. "
- " Geiger says that the young people interviewed are also suspected of a few other fires that happened in May. There have been several fires in the Espoo area during May, which are suspected to have been set on purpose."
- " Geiger says he is amazed at how little parents have been informed about their children's movements. - In all these cases, the parents have been blissfully ignorant of where their 12-year-olds were."
I'm really surprised how young these kids were. I was under the impression that they were around 15, like with the other arson I talked about few days earlier. Also you might we wondering what means that the kids are not criminally responsible. To summarize, if you are under age of 15, you will not be charged with crimes on court. That does not mean free pass to crime, child protection services etc. will handle the case with police. I'll think I may have to write about the Finnish (in)justice system more in-depth later. Back to the news and to the part about parents. This seems to be more and more common these days that parents don't know or even care what kids are doing. One example could be underage drinking. It is far too common that police will find some kid passed out, 15-years old or younger. They contact parents and bring kid to home. Parents might not be alarmed at all. They just shrug it off, " Kids will be kids". They might even be the ones who got the alcohol to children first place. Other example could be from schools. Children could disturb whole class, but when parents are informed they would not believe it because that same child would act so different when at home. Those are just few examples. More and more parents just don't care to raise their children and let them do almost anything.
[It's getting rough out there, and the children are not doing well. If you have nothing to do today, go to /r/teachers or /r/professors on Reddit. You will learn a lot about entitlement and how scary it is getting out there with children. I pray for the children in Jesus's name.]

I pray that nothing can stop this ministry, and we are protected by Jesus Christ, His angels, and any other heavenly beings in Jesus's name. I pray this website is run by the power of the Holy Spirit, and everyone who comes to twowitnessesofrevelation.com is touched by the Holy Spirit in Jesus's name. I pray the Holy Spirit is so powerful that non-human/reptilian forces cannot even lay eyes on it in Jesus's name. They have to back away and scream! (lol)
