Do you want to be healed?
Whatever you are suffering from in any way, this article is from you.

Introduction
When the Covid "pandemic" began, and the 5G towers were carefully triangulated around where I lived, I grew miserably sick.
My hair started falling out, and I was fatigued constantly. I started to get headaches. I felt constantly sloth-like, tired, and even dizzy at times. I would wake up with my gums bleeding. I was not healthy.
Now, many of you have read my testimony that I had former addiction issues, which I have conquered, and it is very possible that many of my health issues were linked to past drinking. However, I have to be honest here, I had periods of long sobriety, and what was happening to me continued even after I proclaimed sobriety. In other words, though I didn't always treat my body the healthiest, it didn't explain the immense change happening to me after 2020.
Something was terribly wrong.
When I went into work each day, I sincerely do not know how I survived. I took two Advil every morning to treat my headaches, and I had to take breaks as much as possible. On my lunch break, I would nearly collapse, and when I came home from work, I'd often sleep for 1 to 2 hours. I often had severe tinnitus at certain hours, and I would get dizzy when I went certain places.
On the weekends, I spent my time recovering. I felt like I couldn't enjoy my life, though I never gave up.
Did I go to a doctor? No. The one thing my dad did for me that I can say "thank you" for is giving me a healthy view of doctors. He hated doctors, and that is because they nearly killed him multiple times! So, I was able to witness how doctors almost killed him, and I realized that I need to be careful with trusting them in my life. So, despite my relationship with my dad, I thank him for this wisdom he put into me to not trust doctors for everything.
Further, I felt like doctors were just going to give me a pill, and honestly, I was terrified of that. I never wanted to live a life of dependency on pills to feel good. I wanted freedom. Moreover, I have had many experiences in my life where doctors mistreated me, and honestly, after the vaccine, I hope that these doctors come to full repentance, especially if they promoted or distributed the vaccine.
I am not anti-health care per se. I believe God can lead us to treatments, but we have to differentiate medicines approved by God and pharmakeia or sorcery. God can lead us to certain medicines to heal us, but the purpose of this post is to plead with you to go to God first before man.
At the time of my misery, I was convinced I may have cancer. It ran in my family, and it wouldn't be that unlikely - it is ultimately how my mom died. Even when changing my diet, getting sober, and exercising, I simply felt like I was dying from day to day. I bet many reading feel this way, too.
One day, I decided to change my life spiritually.
Now, before I begin writing, I want to explain something to you. There are things that are completely out of our control. In this amazing video, which validates what I am saying in this post, it explains that there is spiritual information and tools to combat what these evil people are doing to us. I highly recommend this video before, during, or after you read this post.
Even if you eat perfectly and do everything "right", there is no escaping the nanotechnology and "forever chemicals" in our food and water supplies. There is no escaping the 5G radiation, chemtrails, and poisons bombarding us. However, if we truly follow Jesus Christ, we can be protected and even released from these evil things. I want to share my testimony on how I did just that. I also highly recommend the video for more information on how we are being poisoned daily, but for the purpose of this post, I will be focusing on solutions.
Prayer is Our Weapon
Your life needs to become a prayer. You shouldn't just be praying. You need to live a life of prayer from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed. If you are still are at the point where you haven't developed a healthy and continuous prayer life, this is where you need to start.
Now, you might say, "Yes, I do pray, and nothing works! I still feel like crap all of the time." I would say that you need to pray more! Really, that is my answer. There is never a stopping point for prayer. Your life should be immersed in it.
In other words, nearly everything that makes us sick physically starts in the spiritual world. If you start seeing life as a spiritual battle first, then you will be able to change how you heal.
You might think, "But there are people out there who don't pray and are healthy!", and my response to them is that Satan isn't concerned with the unbelievers. He keeps them nice and comfortable. He is concerned with the Christians, and he wants you to be sick and miserable.
So, one thing you might notice about prayer is that you feel unmotivated, lazy, tired, or simply just don't want to do it. This is largely due to attacks from demons. Did you ever notice whenever you try to pray, you will start yawning, get a phone call, or something distracts you?
Satan is prince of the airwaves, and he is looking for any way to get you away from prayer. If everything is energy, then prayer has a strong influence on the airwaves and things around us, and we need to start seeing things this way. Jesus said walk by faith and not by sight, and this scripture is relevant because we may not see the physical manifestations of evil around us, but they are there.
So, if your prayer life is weak, you will be weak, and I am telling you right now, in these end times, it is not enough to pray just a few times a day. You need to live a life of prayer. Your life needs to be in prayer continuously.
Now you may think, "Witness 2, you're so crazy. I can't possibly think of enough things to pray about. I'm too busy. I don't know how to pray so much."
Excuses! You need to stop making excuses. If you ever have developed a talent, you know it takes discipline. I didn't become a good writer over night and Witness 1 didn't become a good musician in one day. If you want something, you need to work for it.
God doesn't like laziness, and if you are lazy, pray about it! Say, "God, release me from laziness!"
You see, this is the time to tell God everything. If you have time to scroll through your phone, you have time to pray. If you have time to read this article, stop and pray right now!
I pray when I drive somewhere. I pray in the morning, before meals, in the afternoon, and before bed. I pray in the shower. I pray when I go for a walk. I pray in between breaks at work. I pray quietly in my mind when I can't pray out loud. When I am working on something, I take breaks and pray. I go to a quiet space and pray. I find times to pray all of the time. I pray for people on phone. I write prayers in emails. I pray in my mind as I write this.
When I was sick at work, that's what I started doing. I downloaded books like this for free on Amazon Kindle to help me focus my prayer life. I learned to pray all of the time.
When you are feeling tired, lazy, attacked, sick, sad, etc., that is the time to pray. When you are feeling good, that is the time to thank God and pray.
I am telling you, you will not be healed if you do not pray. If you are not praying every day, as much as possible, that needs to be changed now.
Set goals if you don't know where to begin. Start with praying morning, afternoon, and night, and as you get better at that, add more prayer in.
Whatever excuse comes into your mind right now as you read this, cast it out now in Jesus's name. Stop and pray now in Jesus's name. Prayer stopping point:
Dear Father in Heaven,
Whatever is stopping me from being close with you and praying as much as possible, I cast those forces out in Jesus's name. God, I ask you to release me from ___________, so that I am able to better pray. I ask you to help me pray more and more each day, and I ask for the Holy Spirit to come into me when I pray. God, if I have anything holding me back from prayer, I release it now in Jesus's name. Amen.
Praying and Fasting
Once your prayer life starts to grow, that doesn't mean everything is going to be fixed right away. It certainly wasn't for me. But each day, I felt like I was getting .01% better. I still felt like something was missing, and that is when I started intermittent fasting.
I realized that food was making me feel sick, especially at work. I started by downloading a fasting app (they are all mostly free!), and I started with 16 hour fasts. If you hate fasting, this is a great way to start. 16 hours is feasible for most reading. If you can't do 16, try 12 or 14. Start somewhere. It means that you will start by skipping at least one meal.
I am reiterating to you that there are some demons that can only be removed by prayer and fasting. If you are praying and praying and praying, and it seems God isn't answering your prayers, it is time to fast.
Now, whatever excuse enters your mind, you need to go to God again and pray against it. Fasting is healthy, and in fact, recommended for most people. Intermittent fasting is really good for you, and study after study has shown this. In the end, I am NOT a doctor, and do not do anything that is NOT safe for you, but for most reading, fasting is a healthy choice and option.
So, if you are medically safe to fast, then what excuse do you really have? Chances are, what is keeping you from fasting is the flesh - your spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. We all like to eat, and for many, food is a dopamine rush, even a drug. If you have no medical reason not to fast, you need to examine what's going on spiritually. Let's consider some important things I have learned about fasting.
For most, it is not smart to start fasting with really long fasts.
If you like to eat, don't start with a 3 day fast. I highly recommend even starting with 12 hours. God will know and see you. Stop worrying about what others will think of you. Nobody but God needs to know. When I started fasting, I spent a year doing 16 hours a day. That's all I could really do. I had to train my body. Over time, I increased to 18 hours, then 20, and then I was able to easily do a 24 hour fast. Now, I am working toward longer fasts, and my body has been well-trained for that.
There are different types of fasts, and you can do your research on those to help you decide what is right for you. However, if you have any excuses against fasting, let's stop and do a prayer break:
Dear Father in Heaven,
I apologize if I have had a lack of discipline when it comes to prayer and fasting. God, please reveal to me how you want me to fast, and what will be the best and safest practice for me. God, I commit to fasting for ___ hours on the date of _________ for the purpose of ___________. In Jesus's holy name I pray. Amen.
PS: We are fasting on Wednesday, May 29, 2023. If you'd like to join us, contact us and let us know!
I've already talked about fasting a lot on this blog, so you can see more here. However, I wanted to add an additional argument to consider on why God calls us to fast.
God is SO amazing that he knows what is good for us. Yes, fasting gets his attention, but fasting also is just absolutely physically amazing. Hour by hour fasting does wonderful things for our body, and you can see what happens at 12 hours and more here.
When you get to longer and longer fasts, autophagy begins, which can have anti-aging benefits, improve your immune system, and can contribute to disease prevention and actual healing.
God is so perfect, and he would never recommend something we shouldn't be doing. You need to develop a fasting schedule, and if you don't know where to start, start small. Here is a free book I read that can help you overcome any difficulties you encounter with fasting, and it explains how you can fast for miracles. One thing that stood out to me in the book is that you shouldn't say things like "I'll try to fast for 12 hours." You will say. "Today, I will fast for 12 hours" and commit to it.
When I tell God I am going to fast for 24 hours, and I am committed, he gets me through it. As I'm fasting, I ask Him not to feel hungry and for Him to give me energy for the day. Anything is possible with God.
The other thing to consider is that there is NO WAY we can cleanse our body of all these harmful things bombarding us if we do not learn to fast. If we have poisons in our body, fasting is just about the only way to get them out. Fast for spiritual purposes, and see the results in your physical health on a day to day basis. So, let's go back to how fasting started to heal me.
Miracles from Praying and Fasting
When I started praying combined with intermittent fasting, everything changed. Every single day, I started to feel physically better. Every day, I grew closer to God. When I wasn't so focused on food, I had more time for Him. On my lunch breaks, I spent time with Him and prayed. I stopped idolizing food, and through fasting, I was showing God He was more important than food.
When I did eat, I valued it so much more. I realized how thankful I should be just to eat every day. When we don't go without, it is hard to be thankful. When I'd complete a long fast, everything tasted so much more delicious!
During this time, God gave me a miracle and my back was fully healed! Every day I started to feel better, and I could tell autophagy was happening in my body. One thing I want to note, that may be really gross to readers, is that I prayed, "Please take anything bad out of my body," and when I went to the bathroom, pure black liquid came out. I know, I know, that is gross, but it is the truth.
God was showing me that my prayers were being answered through the fast.
This is the most important thing to note: none of this happened instantaneously. That is why I am telling you you need to start today and now. There are many, many examples in the Bible about persistence and longevity in prayer and fasting, like Daniel's fasting and praying for 21 days. What if he stopped at 20 days? We have to keep trying.
To this day, I now have continued my intermittent fasting, and I am basically eating about one meal a day now. Again, no reader should just start doing anything medically stupid. I am not responsible for anybody's stupidity, like when these people died from fasting due to some cult. This is between you and God, and what He wants from you. Anyway, now that I do that, I then schedule dates for longer or prolonged fasts for God, which are more difficult.
Whatever you do, start somewhere, stop making excuses, and get prepared. Famine is coming, and we will not want to sell our souls for a bowl of soup.
Now, going back to my testimony, I believe I am now completely healed from nearly every ailment.
I've lost weight, my hair is thick and luxurious, I'm so much more joyful, my skin is better, and I don't feel tired all of the time!
Currently, I feel energized all of the time. I wake up early in the morning just fine, whereas mornings were tortuous for me in the past. I am still tired after work, but I rejuvenate much more quickly and have time for many projects in the evening. On my days off, like today, I feel great! I have much planned for the day, and I don't need to lay in bed in despair like I used to.
I want to remind all of you, again, that this didn't happen over night, and there was one thing that often got in the way - falling into sin.
Sin Leads to Death
If you are still living a life of repetitive or continuous sin, none of these blessings can likely come to you. There would be months I would do great, and then I would stumble back into sin, and that would destroy a lot of progress. It was really hard to recover sometimes, but I always did. Still, it was devastating, sometimes, starting over.
We all know sin is wrong, so I'm not going to give you milk today. For your meat, I am telling you that your sin could be making you sick.
You cannot seriously get healthy until you address the sin in your life. People don't like me saying this, as it alludes to the fact that sometimes we are responsible for our own diseases. Yes, that is true. Now, I am not saying every sickness that befalls us is because of sin. Job is a clear example of an example of sickness not caused by sin. However, if we are sick, we must come to God and ask us to reveal what is going on, and if sin is a cause for it.
For me, I realized how sin opens doorways to attacks and illness, and now I understand why we must lead a holy life.
I want to go to a specific example in the Bible where Jesus clearly states that sin can lead to sickness. In John 5 we read,
The Healing at the Pool
5 Some time later, Jesus went up to Jerusalem for one of the Jewish festivals. 2 Now there is in Jerusalem near the Sheep Gate a pool, which in Aramaic is called Bethesda[a] and which is surrounded by five covered colonnades. 3 Here a great number of disabled people used to lie—the blind, the lame, the paralyzed. [4] [b] 5 One who was there had been an invalid for thirty-eight years. 6 When Jesus saw him lying there and learned that he had been in this condition for a long time, he asked him, “Do you want to get well?”
7 “Sir,” the invalid replied, “I have no one to help me into the pool when the water is stirred. While I am trying to get in, someone else goes down ahead of me.”
8 Then Jesus said to him, “Get up! Pick up your mat and walk.” 9 At once the man was cured; he picked up his mat and walked.
The day on which this took place was a Sabbath, 10 and so the Jewish leaders said to the man who had been healed, “It is the Sabbath; the law forbids you to carry your mat.”
11 But he replied, “The man who made me well said to me, ‘Pick up your mat and walk.’ ”
12 So they asked him, “Who is this fellow who told you to pick it up and walk?”
13 The man who was healed had no idea who it was, for Jesus had slipped away into the crowd that was there.
14 Later Jesus found him at the temple and said to him, “See, you are well again. Stop sinning or something worse may happen to you.” 15 The man went away and told the Jewish leaders that it was Jesus who had made him well.
Notice at the end, Jesus reminds him not to sin again, or something worse may happen. This implies that the man's paralysis may have been caused by sin - either his own or a generational curse of sorts.
You might be thinking, "But that's not fair! I can't help it if I have a generational curse." While cannot fully cover generational curses here, prayer and fasting can release you from generational curses, as Derek Prince explains in linked video.
So, no, I am NOT saying if you are sick, it is automatically your fault. If you are sick, though, you need to investigate where the sickness is coming from.
If it is from sin, that is what you need to work on cleansing yourself from that sin.
I want to give an embarrassing example from my life.
My Embarrassing Example of Sin
So, I don't really want to share this one, but I guess at this point I am just sharing my honest testimony with the entire world to judge. I ask you treat me with compassion and love like Jesus would because I am only human.
The good news is that I have conquered the largest sin in my life: alcohol. Of course, I am human, and I mess up sometimes, however, when it comes to other sins.
I am also a woman, and like most women, I like to feel beautiful. So, the other day, after a great day of swimming, Witness 1 took a really nice photo of me in my bathing suit. I looked good - it was all of that prayer and fasting!
I knew in my heart that I shouldn't post this photo on social media because it might lead others to stumble, but I did anyway.
Seriously, I felt so guilty from the moment I posted it, but I wanted to leave it up because I looked good. That's the honest truth. The vanity in me had taken over. That was my sin.
So, that night, I am not kidding, after a few hours, I got sick. I started to have the sniffles, and I came down with a cold.
The next morning, I woke up feeling miserable. I prayed, deleted the photo, and I repented.
I quickly healed, and I believe that incident was completely responsible for my sickness. Because I sinned and didn't repent before bed, I opened myself up to attacks while sleeping. While I'm normally covered by protection when I try to walk in holiness, because I had willfully sinned, some of that protection was gone.
So you see, God didn't make me sick. He wasn't punishing me. I had sinned and I was opening myself up to a fair attack from demons!
I was saying, "My vanity is more important than God" when I posted the photo.
Now you might have some questions. You might still be thinking, "But what about all those women who post naked pictures all over the internet? Why don't they get sick?"
It's the same reason I said earlier. Satan and his demons aren't concerned with the wicked. They will keep the wicked comfortable and secure. Plus, every situation is unique. Some will find that they can do their sin and feel great for years, but when they try to stop, that is when the attacks begin. Or, some don't stop their sins until it manifests as sickness.
When you are trying to lead a holy life, you will notice that you are opening yourself up to more attacks. When you used to drink every night, now a little alcohol may produce a massive hangover. When you used to watch porn or smoke a joint with no worries, now you feel guilty and sick.
That is become the holier you become, the more you are condemned by your own conscience, as the Holy Spirit is now in control of it. In other words, because the Holy Spirit can now dwell in a relatively clean temple, He will alarm me immediately when something isn't right. He kept telling me to delete the picture, but I didn't listen, and I got sick.
So many people email me and say, "I am trying but I am being attacked." Yes! Take the attacks as a sign to keep going - not give up. The attacks are a sign that you are getting closer to God.
Now, eventually, you will get to the point where those attacks become less and less. Now, I am so very aware of how every thought and action shapes how I feel. As soon as even one negative thought comes into my mind, I cast it out in Jesus's name, which leads to my next point.
Sin Begins in the Mind
You might be thinking, "But I really don't sin much anymore. I still feel like crap." My question to you is this: how is your mind?
Once you have gotten better about not perpetually physically sinning all of the time, you will realize your mind is full of dirt.
How many of you have intrusive thoughts? Have you ever thought, "Why would I ever think such an evil thought?"
If Satan can't get us to sin, he will be working on our thoughts. It takes a lot of time to learn to tame and control your mind, which is why prayer is so important.
Jesus was really clear that a thought in our minds, especially consistent or perpetual thought, can be just as evil as the actual sin. In 1 John 3:15 he says:
- Anyone who hates a brother or sister is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life residing in him.
Here he says that the hateful thoughts or equal to murder! He explains lust and adultery the same way.
If you cannot stop sinning, you must go to your mind to see what is going on. When I get evil thoughts, in my mind I say, "I cast these out in Jesus's name." Sometimes I have to repeat this until it is gone.
When you allow those evil thoughts and do not cast them out, the sin is going to happen eventually. For me, I might get a thought like:
"A shot of vodka would feel really good right now."
I immediately, in my mind say, "I cast this thought out in Jesus's name."
It goes away.
Now, remember, this is while I am praying, fasting, and disciplining myself. This type of discipline can never happen in one night.
So, you might be thinking, "Living a life like that is impossible!" Well, here is my message to you.
The Path is Narrow
Unfortunately, many reading have already stopped and did not make it to this point. What I am asking anyone reading to do is discipline yourself. Really think about the word discipline. It is a synonym for punishment. Prayer, fasting, and leading a holy life doesn't always feel good - especially at first - but it is worth it.
Through many of my fasts, I would break down crying, even yelling! So much evil was coming out of me.
The other night, when fasting, I was so HUNGRY. I just went to bed to avoid feeling hungry. I wanted to eat so badly. I just wanted an orange!
Pursuing a holy life is not easy, but it is worth it:
The Narrow and Wide Gates
13 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.
Jesus is clear that few find the Narrow Gate. If you got to this point in my text, congratulations - you had the discipline to read through this and not just skim over my advice.
But, now that I am leading a holy life, I want to tell you all of the beautiful benefits I have received.
This is a list for you all and God, and I'd like to sincerely thank you Jesus Christ, for leading me toward a holy and better life each and every day. Here are some things I've experienced by enjoying a life of fasting, praying, and avoidance of sin:
- I no longer feel guilty all of the time.
- I feel peace and joy that surpasses understanding.
- I am healthier, lighter, and more carefree.
- I feel God's love and protection.
- My back is healed.
- God heals me really fast (I had a headache this morning, prayed for it to go away, and it was gone).
- I am full of energy!
- I am not as fearful.
- I have more time to help others.
- I sing more.
- I am more creative.
- I have more motivation to read my Bible.
- I am more joyful in the presence of my family.
- I don't really want to be on my phone as much. It seems boring.
- I don't really crave as many materialistic things or waste my money as much.
- I can sense when the Holy Spirit is with me.
- I repent faster.
- I am more compassionate and forgiving.
- I am slower to anger (still working on this one!)
- I have so many cool ideas creatively flowing through me (for many who think only drugs can do that, I am telling you the Holy Spirit can do it better!)
- I sometimes feel drunk on the Holy Spirit.
- I wake up each day happy to be alive!
- I am excited to go to work sometimes (haha, sometimes).
- I am excited for more mundane tasks.
- I cry tears of joy more.
- I am more thankful and appreciative.
- I am more persistent.
- I am more aware of the enemy's attacks.
- I am closer to God than I have ever been in my life.
I could keep going, but I ask, do you want to join me in this beautiful, holy life? It is so much better than the life I was living before.
It doesn't mean it's perfect. I still mess up, and there are times that things go wrong. However, I repent faster for sin, and I listen to God more when something isn't going well so it is fixed more quickly.
I am also now able to understand the fire of the holy spirit against my enemies, but that is a time for another post.
So, I hope this post helps someone. Please, please email me for any advice or any questions you have. If for some reason we don't respond to an email, send it again, because we always reply to every email sent to us, and it is probably a glitch.
So, do you want to be healed? Start with the advice given in this post.
May God bless anyone reading in Jesus's name!
