Escaping the Cave - The WHO Pandemic Treaty and Coming Digital ID
This is a morning message from Witness 2 about the confines of our own mind and how we can use Scripture to escape the prison of the beast system. This post will address vaccine technology, the coming WHO pandemic treaty on May 27, 2024, and the digitalization of society. Finally, there are some in-depth reader contributions from Jesse. As always, I pray a blessing upon all who contribute in Jesus's name. This post is dedicated to Andreas for his sweet attitude and love for Jesus Christ.

They watch shadows projected onto the wall by objects passing in front of a fire behind them, and they give names to these shadows. The Coming WHO Pandemic Treaty
Last night I had a simple but important dream. I was standing in front of a giant vaccine, just staring at it. It was full of strange technology, and it seemed extremely powerful.
I was already planning to write on the WHO pandemic treaty this morning, but I think God wants to remind readers that they are not done with vaccines, and vaccines will be a big part of what's coming. According to the linked article:
- Governments meeting at the World Health Organization headquarters in Geneva agreed to resume hybrid and in-person discussions over coming weeks to advance work on critical issues, including around a proposed new global system for pathogen access and benefits sharing (i.e. life-saving vaccines, treatments and diagnostics); pandemic prevention and One Health; and the financial coordination needed to scale up countries’ capacities to prepare for and respond to pandemics.
Vaccines are mentioned in this because they are the heart of it. That is what readers need to understand. These vaccines have not gone away, and they will become even more enforced and critical soon.
Essentially, this proposed treaty is about giving up sovereignty to WHO in an event that another pandemic occurs, meaning the next pandemic will not be like Covid. Here is more information from this article:
- The main goal of this treaty would be to foster an all of government and all of society approach, strengthening national, regional and global capacities and resilience to future pandemics. This includes greatly enhancing international co-operation to improve, for example, alert systems, data-sharing, research and local, regional and global production and distribution of medical and public health counter-measures such as vaccines, medicines, diagnostics and personal protective equipment.
When Covid happened, what people do not fully understand is that many of the "initiatives" put in place were not laws, and people could have easily fought against them if they just did not wear the mask or did not comply. However, conformity was more important than rights.
Unfortunately, conformity is everything in a Satanic society, and they didn't even need to pass new laws to get people to do what they wanted. They examined people, tested them, and were able to get the majority of the world to take a DNA-altering vaccine without much thought.
The next pandemic is coming, and this treaty is a key indicator that we are entering the greater part of the tribulation. Most are on board with this decision, and here is some important information from this article:
This is the right course. The world needs this treaty, without delay: there’s been no let-up in public-health threats, and the next pandemic will not respect any human timetable. But the world also needs the right treaty. As in all complex negotiations, compromise — on all sides — will be necessary to get the final version over the finishing line. But all sides must also remember that there is little point to an agreement that doesn’t improve pandemic preparedness and response — or one that ignores or undermines the principle of equity between nations.
According to the latest draft, the agreement, once finalized, would be similar to many United Nations conventions. Decisions would be made at periodic ‘conferences of the parties’, as they are at UN climate conferences, for example. The WHO would act as the secretariat, in addition to its various existing roles in global public health.
However, significant sticking points remain, among them Articles 11 and 12. Article 11 is on arrangements to transfer technology so that, during pandemics, low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) can make necessary health products, such as vaccines, drugs and testing kits, without delay. Article 12 is a proposal for a system in which countries would promptly share samples and genomic sequences of pathogens with pandemic potential — setting in stone the way in which scientific knowledge was shared during the COVID-19 pandemic. In exchange for sharing such information during emergencies, LMICs would receive some pandemic-related products at no cost or at affordable prices when a pandemic is declared.
This will not be stopped, and most do not understand its implications. This is about a government saying, "WHO is in control and supersedes our laws during the next pandemic." This next pandemic is coming soon, and in a moment, we will talk about Bird Flu. Before we do, let's discuss the Digital ID.
Everything is Being Digitized
The first steps of the digitization/digitalization of society are voluntary, and we can look to Australia for what's coming to the rest of Babylon.
The 2024 Digital ID has passed parliament in Australia, and for now, it seems "harmless" to the masses. You just have to upload some proof or your identity, and it is digitized. What's the harm?
Well, right now it is voluntary, so they are not going to make it look scary or anything like that. They want as many people to get it voluntarily before anything. Most will have no question or problem about signing up, simply as a matter of convenience.
[By the way, if you are on the "Organ Donors" list, I would get yourself removed from that. I will write a post on it eventually. Witness 1 and I both are off.]
However, when the next pandemic hits, they will say, "We need a system to determine who has been vaccinated or not. You need to have proof of vaccine records in order to be considered a member of this society." The next pandemic will actually be deadly, so it will be easier to get people to comply to this. Anyone who doesn't want to get vaccinated will be seen as a harm to society.
Most will have no problem getting whatever updated vaccines they need to function in society. I am thinking there will be some type of universal vaccine coming, but I am not fully sure.
Whatever it is - it will be the ones that change your DNA - the mRNA ones or even new technology, like my dream suggested. mRNA is not the only DNA-altering technology. Be careful! To fully enter the beast system, you will need to change your DNA first, and most of the world has already done this. Again, I still vouch that people can repent, and some of our readers have. However, most will not repent.
People will say, "The digital ID is fine! It isn't a chip. It isn't the mark. These people are crazy. The anti-Christ hasn't risen yet. The rapture is coming soon!"

So, what's the next pandemic? Bird Flu looks like it fits the mold perfectly. I stumbled upon this post on /r/conspiracy this morning, and I like this guy's ideas:

The pieces of the puzzle are finally coming together, and it's more sinister than we ever imagined. The globalist elite, particularly the puppeteers at the World Economic Forum, are orchestrating a grand scheme to economically devastate us all. Their Final Solution to climate change is nothing short of a genocidal plan for human depopulation. They have been pushing into our culture that the ultimate source of climate change is how many people there are and that there must be much fewer of us. They're flooding social media with bots to encourage the childless lifestyles. People are breaking down crying on TikTok because they will never own a home, much less be able to afford having children.
We’ve been seeing the signs for a while now. They want us to stop eating meat, especially beef, under the guise that livestock emit damaging methane, contributing to climate change. But the elite aren't satisfied with people voluntarily going vegan. No, they want to force us to eat ze bugs. Yes, eat ze bugs.
Now, all of a sudden, there's an outbreak of Avian Flu spreading through the animal population. Highly suspicious, don’t you think? The flu has been spreading through the mammal population, but now it’s infecting cows. What a convenient turn of events for the globalist agenda. Avian Flu is a convenient tool to push us away from meat consumption, if not outright ban it altogether, for our safety, of course. The WHO will put out warnings telling people to stop eating meat, especially beef. Inevitably leading to them demanding the world stop eating meat. If we were to sign off our rights to the WHO, as many politicians are trying to do, they could force us to do it without our consent. These unelected, megalomaniacal, globalist doctors would be able to tell us what to do, whether we liked it or not.
But here's the kicker: while this so-called flu is devastating our livestock, western countries are busy building bug processing facilities. They’re gearing up to replace our steaks and burgers with crickets and mealworms. This isn’t a coincidence; it’s a calculated move to destroy our way of life and force us into submission. They will humiliate us by forcing us to eat ze bugs while they eat their juicy steaks.
By making all of life’s necessities unaffordable, they plan to crush us economically. With meat off the table, quite literally, and food prices skyrocketing, they’re cornering us into accepting their bug-based diet. It’s all part of their final solution to climate change: genocidal human depopulation. They want their lineage to enjoy the fruits of the techno-utopia, while ours is wiped out.
We must wake up and see this for what it is: an avian flu cowspiracy to force us to eat ze bugs as a stepping stone to their Final Solution of genocidal global human depopulation. The elites are manipulating disease outbreaks to advance their dystopian agenda. Coronavirus was just a test-run to implement their global controls. Don’t be fooled by their lies of benevolence.
Will it play out exactly like this? Time will tell, but I think the Bird Flu will definitely put us at war with our own air, food, and animals. This is Satan's final part of the plan.
Now, let's talk about the spiritual implications of this all.
How Do We Escape?
Clearly, most of us understand that at a certain point, we will not be able to manage very well in this system anymore. It will not happen right away. It won't be overnight. It has been a slow happening for a few years, and it will accelerate after this WHO Pandemic Treaty is enacted.
What do we do? Isn't this future bleak? Doesn't this mean most of us are all going to essentially have to lose our lives in order not to bow down?
Yes.
However, I wanted to go back to "The Cave" mentioned at the beginning of this post.
If we view all of this information from the perspective of the world, it's terrifying. It's sad. It's devastating.
However, the worldly view of things is just the shadows. It isn't the full reality.
We have Jesus Christ and through Him, we can get past this cave of our mind and worldliness and not fear anything. Let's go back to the image I created again:
Last night, when I was laying in bed with Witness 1, I said, "Is there a Plato's cave painting with Jesus Christ?" He said he couldn't find one, so I had to make my own with the free image tools. Haha.
The cave for readers is the love of the world. So many times I have written that if we have found Jesus Christ truly, we will be set apart from the world.
Most professing Christians today are not truly Christian. They cannot be separated from the world. They do not represent the true Jesus Christ.
The best way I can get you all to stop loving the world so much is to challenge yourself to just actually try to have a conversation with people around you about anything deep. Just try it.
I have noticed that if I mention God or anything like that, they get really quiet - even the Christians! People seriously seem to like "short-circuit" when I talk about certain topics. They seriously do not reply to what I say or completely change the topic. Has anybody else noticed this?
If I say, "How's it going?" They can reply. If I say, "Do you think its the end times?", something goes wrong.
If you want to see the world for what it really is, and the people for what they really are, try actually talking to them.
These people so many idolize, even their families, are already zombified. It's the truth, but not all of them yet. See my conclusion for a cool update as I was finishing this post.
Jesus tells me that many reading are still controlled by what people think of them, and He asks you to start presenting your true self to them and see how they respond. Just try to insert little tidbits in conversation here and there, and see what happens.
Some of you already do this or have done this, but not all of you. If you want to see the world for what it really is, try just talking to the people around you about what is likely coming.
Anyway, all of these people you talk to are trapped in the cave of the beast system already. Very few will escape.
Moving on, I wanted to connect this to my Bible study of Luke 10 last night.
At the Home of Martha and Mary
38 As Jesus and his disciples were on their way, he came to a village where a woman named Martha opened her home to him. 39 She had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord’s feet listening to what he said. 40 But Martha was distracted by all the preparations that had to be made. She came to him and asked, “Lord, don’t you care that my sister has left me to do the work by myself? Tell her to help me!”
41 “Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset about many things, 42 but few things are needed—or indeed only one.[a] Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.”
I think this is a representation of someone in the cave - Martha. Martha is so consumed with her anxieties that she does not understand that the Son of God is amongst her!
To escape the cave, the answer is simple. Jesus says that Mary has chosen what is better - Him.
You need to choose what is better. Well, it is what is best. Jesus Christ.
The world will fade. We all have to die one day. I mean, we could die today!
All that really matters is Jesus Christ, and we need to stop choosing the anxieties and worries of this world like Martha. Let us end this section with some hopeful Scripture:
Jesus Comforts His Disciples
14 “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God[a]; believe also in me. 2 My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. 4 You know the way to the place where I am going.”
Jesus the Way to the Father

Jesus Promises the Holy Spirit

The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be[c] in you. 18 I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. 19 Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live. 20 On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you. 21 Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. According to THL research professor Jaana Suvisaari, the answer was no. "None of the examined indicators showed a decrease in [mental health] symptoms even close to pre-pandemic levels," she explained.
" Among other things, the research involved asking young people whether they experienced generalised anxiety, depression or had eating disorders, feared social situations or had suicidal thoughts. Nearly 73 percent of the young female respondents said they suffered from at least one mental health issue, with nearly half saying they had more than one mental health condition."
Conversely, there was an observed decline in the number of mental health issues among boys since the Covid era came to an end, but their situation is still worse than it was before the pandemic began. Around 33 percent of the young male respondents said they suffered from at least one mental health issue. "That's a big number, too. Something happened during this period that was not good for young people," Suvisaari said, adding that when mental health issues are this common, simply facilitating access to treatment is not enough.
"Some youths are burdened by climate change and the loss of nature, for example. Societal solutions can help to foster faith in the future and show that young people's situations are being taken seriously," Suvisaari said.
Well of course it is the Climate change. This mental health crisis has absolutely nothing to do with the news article talking about how youth is more and more atheistic or "spiritual".

Then the recent stabbing that happened in Finland. This one is on finnish so I pick up and translate the key parts

Stabbings in Finland are not uncommon crime, but this is. Usually stabbings are done while intoxicated and both perpetrator and victim are somewhat familiar with eachother. This is highly unusual that victims are picked randomly.
Conclusion - An Interesting Ending
I have really changed my life. Even at work, it is very clear to most that I do not conform very well. As I was finishing this message, I just received an email from a colleague. I do not say this to brag, but I want to show readers that when you put Jesus first, it can inspire other people.

Why this made me smile is that I often feel so alone in the world. I do not conform well to the world, and I'm lucky at work I am allowed to be extremely independent.
I once told God, "If I have to work, I will just serve you in any way I can throughout the day." This is the verse I think of every day:
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward.
So, I just make work completely and utterly about serving everyone around me as if Jesus Christ is my boss. And He is!
To have someone notice that is really astounding, and to have someone email me that really is a miracle. That is a miracle to start my day. It really is
I don't know how to thank her, but I will leave early for work to get her something from the store - maybe flowers.
I want readers to understand how mean people have been to me in my life - how isolated I have been at times.
So, getting an email like that, well - that just changes the course of my day.
Also, I am never ashamed of Jesus Christ at work.
Jesus Christ is still alive in this world, and we cannot be ashamed of Him!
