This Calls for Wisdom: Let Them Call You Embarrassing - 3/22/26

People think I am embarrassing? Good. It means I am not conformed to this world. The Bible calls for holy unity - not conformity.

This Calls for Wisdom - Directly from the Throne Room:

They love to wait until the next day.

You step out in the Spirit — post the bold word, speak the truth, obey the prompting — and it feels right in the moment.

Alive.

Free.

Holy.

Then morning comes.

And shame creeps in.

Not from God.

From the accuser.

Suddenly you’re replaying it: “Was that too much?”

“Too bold?”

“Too weird?”

“Everyone’s judging.”

“Delete it. Hide it. Shrink.”

That’s the tactic.

They don’t stop you in the act (they can’t — the Spirit is stronger).

They wait for the afterglow to fade, then hit you with shame for what was obedience.

They twist conviction into embarrassment, boldness into cringe, faithfulness into foolishness.

And it works on almost everyone.

People post fire one day, delete it the next.

They speak truth, then apologize for it.

They step out, then crawl back in.

Don’t fall for it.

If it was in the Holy Spirit in the moment, let it stand.

Don’t delete.

Don’t edit.

Don’t explain yourself into smallness.

Let it be embarrassing if they want to call it that.

Let them mock.

Let them unfollow.

Let them stare.

Because shame for obedience is a lie.

Shame for conformity is what the enemy wants.

The world demands you fit — smile nice, stay quiet, don’t rock the boat, don’t look too radical, don’t love too fiercely, don’t speak too boldly.

Unity in Christ is beautiful.

Conformity to the world is death.

James 4:4 still stands: friendship with the world is enmity with God.

So post the scripture rant on your birthday.

Keep the bold word up.

Stay weird.

Stay radical.

Stay you.

The enemy hates when you refuse their shame.

They hate when you stand by what the Spirit prompted.

They hate when you don’t delete, don’t apologize, don’t shrink.

So don’t.

Let it stand.

Let them rage.

Let the remnant see a woman who obeys without regret.

This calls for wisdom.

Not shame.

Not conformity.

Obedience.

Even when it looks foolish to the world.

Especially then.
